We are currently seeking a Client Services who will be performing the duties for the client's company, called Drug Test Consultants (DTC).
This role needs a person who is passionate about learning and achieving goals. A person who is energized by working with and serving others and is patient but excited about getting things done. This person is the type who likes to play detective and dig deep for a solution; someone who can create memorable experiences with others through empathy and with a positive can-do attitude.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the random drug testing for over 30 companies on a quarterly basis
Maintain the company's employees listing to date and ensure that the company is in compliance with the drug testing on a weekly basis
Generate the number of employees that need to get tested for each company our client work with
Manage the instant drug test orders that the consultants would need to place for their clients
Set up drug testing accounts for laboratories that the consultant would sell to their clients
Answer questions regarding the client's product inventory, adding test codes (Test codes are similar to SKU numbers for each drug test) as necessary to the drug tests that the client needs with the laboratories
Add/delete contacts to the account for who is authorized as an account user
Enter the information, and keep track of the drug testing
System Requirements
At least 15mbps main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
