Position: Client Account Representative
Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set Up: Work Onsite
Location: UP Technohub, Quezon City
Start Date: July 5, 2021
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will handle full lock of clients and able to manage their accounts/contracts.
Able to research and update contracts for resolution and client management skills.
Will handle and resolve client's concern in a week or a month.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 2 Years Completed in College (No Back Subjects)
Minimum of 2 Years Solid BPO Experience (International Voice Account)
Must Have Stayed in Previous Company for at least 1 Year
Must Have an Experience in handling Quality Assurance, Client Management, Escalation Calls, Retention, Fraud Etc.)
Excellent Communication Skills
Willing to work in Quezon City (onsite)
Salary:
P29,000 to P33,000
