Job Description
Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with taxi drivers and passengers
Train and guide taxi drivers and passengers: Serve as the one-stop resource on training and guiding clients (taxi drivers and passengers) on using the app and marketing promotions
Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from clients (taxi drivers and passengers) via email, phone and social media.
Handle complaints, solving problems between drivers and passengers, and provide appropriate solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Filipino
Completed at least 2 years in college or Associate degree graduate
At least 1 year BPO experience (chat support or voice)
Effective reading and writing English communication skills
Excellent communication, analytical, listening and organizational skills
Typing speed of 35 wpm 90% accuracy
Willing to work on shifting schedule
Amenable to be assigned in Quezon City (accessible to MRT station)
