Join our dynamic team as a Freight Broker / Carrier Sales Representative in Ortigas, Manila, where you'll play a key role in connecting shippers and carriers to ensure the smooth and efficient transportation of goods across the country.What You'll Do· Make a minimum of 100 calls and 50 postings per day to engage shippers and carriers.· Source and onboard new shipper accounts through cold calling, referrals, and marketing outreach.· Build and maintain strong relationships with trucking companies and owner-operators.· Negotiate rates and lanes to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.· Match available freight with the right carrier partners based on service, equipment, and cost.· Coordinate and schedule shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery.· Monitor and track shipments in real time, proactively resolving any service issues.· Maintain carrier compliance with safety, insurance, and regulatory standards.· Use TMS software and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop) to post and manage loads.· Ensure all freight documentation is accurate and complete (rate confirmations, BOLs, invoices).· Stay informed on market conditions, capacity trends, and seasonal fluctuations.· Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely billing and payment collection.Requirements· 1-3 years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, dispatching, logistics, or transportation (preferred but not required).· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.· Familiarity with TMS platforms and load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop)· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.· A customer-service mindset with a focus on results.· Outstanding time management and organizational skills.·Willing to work in Ortigas ManilaSchedule: 7am-4pm Central TimeBenefits· Competitive compensation and performance incentives· Supportive team environment with growth opportunities· Access to cutting-edge logistics tools and platforms· Make a real impact in a fast-growing industry
