Job Description
Monitor Phone Checking for answers from admin employees so call returns are done in a quick method.
Follow-up with users within a 24-hour period on the first telephone call up.
Even if it is to just touch base and let consumer know request is still being examined.
Cross offer useful services or items supplied by the company
Provide continuous, top-quality assistance to every consumer by utilising all obtainable instruments and resources
Put into practice customer service policies when necessary.
Determine and analyze assistance levels when required.
Job Qualifications
You need to be at least 18 years old and above
Good to excellent English Communication skills
High school graduates or college undergraduates are welcome to apply
With at least 6 months of BPO work experience is a plus
A basic understanding of computer applications is necessary (Microsoft Word, Excel)
Compensation
