Known for their transparent and results-oriented approach, the client combines creative content with data-driven advertising to achieve significant business outcomes.Role Overview:We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities. You'll act as the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to grow the agency's client base and ensuring that prospects align with the company's performance-driven values.This role is perfect for a motivated, results-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and a strong ability to build meaningful client relationships.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients through outbound prospecting and market analysis
Reach out to prospects via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest in services
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing and performance teams to align messaging and strategies
Stay informed on digital marketing trends and services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, content marketing) to confidently pitch solutions
Help improve outreach processes and contribute to business development strategies
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
Requirements
Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (ideally in digital marketing or a similar industry)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach
Highly motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with digital marketing services (Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation) is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Having an existing network is a nice-to-have, but not required or preferred.
Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and outreach platforms
