Qualifications:
 
What we're looking for:
1+ years minimum of experience within B2B SaaS companies
Ability to cultivate, manage and develop new business meetings
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Account / industry research and personalized messaging
A positive attitude and desire to grow professionally
Proven record of overachieving quota
Demonstrated ability to overcome objections
Skilled at cold calling
Good To Have Qualifications:
Experience with Gong Engage emailing / sequencing tool
Finance and Security experience
Responsibilities:
We're seeking to onboard Business Development Representatives to help us drive market awareness and start sales conversations with qualified prospects.
Work w/ BDR manager and Account Executives to identify target accounts, craft outbound messaging & set up discovery meetings
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify individual prospects & use our sales engagement platform to email, call prospects
Distilling complex ideas down and communicating concisely & clearly via writing. Our BDR team values thoughtful, effective email writing
Working with sales engagement software (e.g. Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo.io), sales data tools (e.g. ZoomInfo, Seamless, LeadIQ), other prospecting tools, Salesforce CRM
