They lead cross-functional teams, ensure timely execution of initiatives, and train stakeholders to meet business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Product Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies, manage product lifecycles, and align local goals with overall business objectives through market research and competitor analysis.
Marketing & Campaigns: Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, PR, and in-store channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty.
Retail & Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand consistency across retail channels, implement visual standards, and support sales teams to enhance in-store performance.
Partnerships & Collaborations: Build and manage relationships with influencers, retailers, and partners to expand brand reach and visibility.
Leadership & Budget Management: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor brand associates, and manage marketing budgets for efficient execution of initiatives.
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Marketing Management or any related course
At least 3 years of experience in the same capacity preferably in the retail industry
Proficient computer skills- MS Applications, Social Media
Good oral and written communication
Good interpersonal skills
Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
Has a sense of urgency and follow-thru
