How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Provide customer support via phone calls, live chat, email, and web portals
Perform and recommend actions to resolve urgent customer issues
Create and maintain customer profiles using proprietary account management system
Deliver satisfactory shipping and receiving services
Support payment data collection, billing, and invoice processing
What You Must Possess
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related disciplines
Customer service experience (at least a year) in BPO setup
Intermediate or expert-level skills in Excel
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficiency in using relevant software, tools, and applications for smooth task completion
Attention to detail
Clear and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment
Superior time management skills
Ability to cooperate and contribute to group goals
Outstanding analytical and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality output
