We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team. AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO EXPERIENCE! The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
Location: IT PARK, CEBU CITY / 1NITO TOWER / AS FORTUNA MANDAUE CITY
Qualifications:
SHS Graduates/ HS Graduates/ College Undergrad/ College Graduates
AT LEAST 6 MONTHS BPO/CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
Good English Communication Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Can converse well with customers
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Amenable working onsite/in the office
Amenable working in graveyard shift/any shifting sched

Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers with inquiries, complaints, or issues
Provide accurate and timely information to customers
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed customer service targets and goals
