As a Billing Representative, you will be responsible for managing the billing lifecycle, ensuring that invoices are accurate and promptly processed, and providing exceptional support to our clients.Key Responsibilities: * Invoice Generation: Prepare and issue invoices to clients based on services rendered, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.
Payment Processing: Monitor incoming payments and ensure proper allocation to customer accounts while handling any discrepancies professionally.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries, providing timely responses and resolutions to clients.
Account Reconciliation: Conduct monthly reconciliations of client accounts to ensure accuracy in billing and payment records.
Reporting: Generate reports as required by management to analyze billing trends and improve processes.

Proven experience in billing or accounts receivable roles.
