Encoding of Billing statements
Encoding and of collections of receivables
Counterchecking of billing and collection
Preparation of summary of sales per month
Preparation of summary of collection per month
Preparation of summary of security deposit
Preparation of lease report for BIR every january and july
preparation of VAT relief every quarter for sales transaction
Reconciliation of records
Filling of all documents having accountability with billing and collection
Gives assistance to others in the accounting department
when needed
any other tasks relating to billing and collection that will be deemed necessary
BS Accounting Graduate
Atleast have Knowledge in Finance, Journal Entry
Summary of role requirements:
Looking for candidates available to work on weekdays and Saturdays
