Job Description:
 
We are looking for a Collection Officer who will be responsible for conducting field collection activities, communicating with clients, and ensuring timely collection of accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
With a valid Professional Driver's License
Good driving record and ability to drive a motorcycle
At least 1 year of collection experience
Willing to do field work and travel as required
Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Good written and oral communication skills
Responsible, organized, and comfortable dealing with clients
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct field collection and follow-up of assigned accounts
Coordinate with clients regarding payment arrangements and outstanding balances
Maintain accurate collection records and reports
Encode and update collection data using Excel/Google Sheets
Submit regular collection reports
Perform other related collection duties as assigned
