Role Summary
The RTM Digital Enablers role identifies, proposes and support adoption of technology solutions to BIG Commercial service models to improve OTC (Order to Cash) processes and "in store Execution", therefore enhancing Service and reducing CTS (Cost to serve).
To enable the adoption of Digital Strategies in BIG the role should understand the full End to End commercial operating RTM models and the functionality of existing and new Digital Tools in the market, covering CRMs, SFAs, Picture Recognition, IoT (INTERNET OF THINGS), Stock Management, so he/she can build the right perspective and business case around the use of new Digital Solutions to create competitive advantage for BIG in the areas of Sales and Distribution.
As technology moves forward, the role needs to have a futuristic vision on how to integrate all technologies to offer a seamless omnichannel platform to our customers/consumers and a pragmatically yet robust enablers to our sales and commercial figures.
Prioritized Responsibilities
1.Collaborate in the technologic commercial enablers' development in alignment with IT (Information Technology) and Procurement
- Support RTM Strategy with latest trends in the market to get Updated Outlet Information using Digital Tools (like Mobile Walla, Reply, ...) to keep an updated database of all outlets in the Country.
- Develop, implement, and support innovative technology to improve front office: Sales Force Automation (Supervisor's modules, Merchandizer modules, Preseller modules), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), Contact Centre solutions, etc.
- Collaborate and support innovative technology to improve In store Execution Control for all our service models (Image Recognition, RED - CAPS, etc.)
2.Supports eRTM projects
- Collaborates and supports the implementation of B2B platforms and integration with key eRTM partners and Commercial Digital Strategy
- Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and revenue growth for our eRTM, expanding our reach and delivering high sustainability eRTM solutions.
3. Follow up on the use of enablers
- Controls the disciplined use of the digital enablers to maximize the return over those assets (SFA, DMS, RED, etc)
- Identify causes for non-use of digital enablers and work with markets, IT and vendors to timely correct the flaws
4.Identify industry trends and implement new RTM models:
- Investigate new selling and delivery models that are being developed and/or used by other companies that could be adapted to our market realities now or in the future (e.g. B2B, chatbots, voice orders, photo recognition, inventory management, etc)
-Document best practices find places to pilot and implement them
Education:
Business Management Degree or Equivalent
Required Experience
More than 8 years with sold experience in commercial (traditional and modern trade), RTM, IT roles
Along that time, more than 3 years leading projects involving Digital Enablement is desirable
