Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or any related course
Certifications in Digital Marketing (Facebook Blueprint, Google Digital Garage, Google Ads, etc.) is an advantage
Experience
With or without experience (depends on position level)
Experience in social media management, content creation, online advertising, or digital campaigns is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads is an advantage)
Content creation and caption writing skills
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop is an advantage)
Knowledge in analytics and performance tracking
Good communication skills (oral and written)
Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email, social media tools)
Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
Personal Qualities
Creative and innovative
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Willing to learn and adapt to trends
Responsible and reliable
