JOB DETAILS:
Client Details: The number 1 BPO Company in the Philippines located in Manila and Cebu City. This contact center is known to provide customer service to companies around the world. It's a multinational Irish company founded in 2009 and has offices in different countries.
Requirements:
Open for both Local and Foreign National
Preferably Bachelor's Degree holder of any course
Fluent in both Arabic and English
Preferably with at least 1 year experience in Technical Support
Amenable to work in shifting schedule
Willing to work in any of the following: Taguig, Mandaluyong and Quezon City
Responsibilities:
Provides first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
Translations of some documents from English to Arabic and Vice versa
Escalate concerns to the next level
Provide excellent customer service
Perform other related tasks
