Play an active role in building the B2B sales infrastructure.
Participate in daily sales meetings and operate within the defined BD structure, including coordination with the NSW BDM, National BDM, and Lead Generator.
Conduct high-volume outbound activity using HubSpot, with a target of 80 calls per day.
Manage pre-generated leads; no lead sourcing required.
Book qualified appointments only, achieving:
2 meetings/day (initial),
4 meetings/day by Month 3,
5 meetings/day by Month 6.
Conduct introductory qualification calls and present the service offering at a high level before handing off to the Australian BD team.
Support the launch and market penetration of the company's outsourcing/offshoring service line in Australia.
