Asia-Pacific Client Service Associates (APAC CSA) provides high quality administrative and operational support to account managers, relationship managers and client service managers into four major regions in Asia - Australia, Singapore, China and Hongkong. We enable client service teams in home location to concentrate on the core business of managing client relationship.

The Analyst works under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) and focuses on the processing and issue resolution of complex transactions that require expertise to interpret processes, guidelines and/or policies. Analytically and procedurally competent, the Analyst represents the team on cross-functional processes and/or project deliverables. Emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution. Has full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures. The Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and events including booking, validating, filing, archiving and handling queries. This also includes the comparison and validation of data, reversal/ cancelation of bookings, reconciliation of transactions and positions, and can include cash management/ cashier (payment) activities as well as reconciliation of client service issues.
Responsibilities
Focuses on resolution of complex transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines and/or processes
Serves as the main reporting contact for the client; full ownership for one or more processes, reports and/or procedures
Analytically and procedurally competent, representing the team on cross-function process or project deliverables; emerging as an expert in a specific skill set but remains focused primarily on daily execution
Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees
May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)
Stays abreast of changes in the various securities markets, as well as new or existing NT products or services.
Identifies service efficiency enhancements, process improvements and service delivery using creative and proactive measures.
Degree within Finance or Business or diploma holders with relevant experience
May be in final stages of studying for relevant professional qualification or accreditation
Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
Ability to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
Adherence to Standards & Procedures
Be a 'self starter' with positive "attitude" and able to work on own initiative as well as within a collaborative team environment
Experience working effectively within a global organization/environment
Good at problem-solving and solution oriented
Technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other business areas
Treat colleagues and all individuals with respect; embrace diversity
IT savvy (excel, macro etc) and can pick up system application fast with knowledge on process streamlining will be a plus
