Applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree. At least two year experience in Administrative and Customer Service. Residing near or willing to relocate. near the main office and can start immediately. Highly Skilled on the use of Microsoft Applications such as Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.), Online meeting platforms. Able to handle quality and legal document files. Must be knowledgeable in minute-taking, records filing, personnel hiring, health protocol checks, 5S and legal records archiving. Can very well coordinate with teams on sites. Proficient in office machine operations. Familiar with inventory tracking and supplies management. Customer Service functions that is customer interaction, calls, customer satisfaction ratings, contracts, Billings, quotations, support to operations service such as service reports, company measurements, management reporting, Salary will be commensurate to experience.
