Description * Job Description:
Prepares reports on closed members, proxy to vote for old and new members, billing for deductions and stoppages, and new member registry sheet.
Prints daily back-up notification from the Server
Upload & post positive file collection from DepEd
Balancing of positive file against Summary Collection or listing
Do manual posting of Paymaster's Collection, Supplemental, Closed with deductions, and Cancelled Treasury Warrants
Performs other duties and responsibilities
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a degree in Accountancy and/or Accounting related courses
Must have good communication and interpersonal skill including customer-service.
Must have a pleasing personality
Must be persuasive to details and facts
Must have the skill in accurate and speedy date entry
Must be proficient in computer application
Must have ability to work under pressure
Must have pleasing personality
Must be professional and works with the highest degree of integrity
