JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a Japanese manufacturing company for digital products such as printers, camera, fax machine and others. The company has been operating in the Philippines for 20 years.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Holder
At least 1 Year of working experience Accounts Payable / Disbursement
Knowledgeable of GAAP
Responsibilities:
Verify the accuracy of the Payment Request Form and ensure that all supporting documents are duly approved.
Prepare check payments, vouchers and BIR 2307
Ensures that all payables to local suppliers are recorded and paid on time
Verifies accuracy of charges against the Billing Statement or Statement of Account of utilities.
Prepares Journal Entries for monthly accruals, provisions and adjustments.
