The AP Administrative Assistant works with a team under the Finance Shared Services, that is primarily responsible for:
Importing PDF invoices into Kofax or PINS system
Scanning of documents into electronic (PDF) format
Updating of invoice statistics report on a regular basis
File, classify and archive documents
Monitoring of updates in Kofax or PINS system
Coordinates/ escalates and resolves issues that impact the operations with the help of the management
Perform other related duties as assigned and in support to AP Team's overall tasks
Required Profile:
University degree in Finance, Administration or equivalent
Working experience as administrative assistant, in scanning of invoices and data entry for accounts payable
Computer knowledge required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word), and understanding of Portable Document Format (PDF) and Kofax platform
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Great attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong planning and organizational skills
