WE ARE HIRING: Accounts Payable Staff
 
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable accounts payable staff member to join our growing team.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Process and verify supplier invoices
Prepare vouchers and payment requests
Monitor due dates and ensure timely payments
Reconcile supplier statements
Maintain accurate financial records
Coordinate with Purchasing and other departments regarding billing concerns
Assist in month-end closing activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Accountancy, or a related course
Preferably with experience in accounts payable or accounting-related work
Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience or familiarity with SAP is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented and organized
Honest and able to work with minimal supervision
