ACCOUNTS PAYABLE STAFF

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Staff to support our finance team in Cebu City. The role is responsible for timely and accurate processing of payables, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities (Core Functions):
Process and record supplier invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
Verify completeness and accuracy of supporting documents (POs, DRs, contracts, approvals)
Prepare and schedule payments (cash, check, bank transfer) in accordance with due dates
Monitor accounts payable aging and ensure timely settlement of obligations
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve billing discrepancies
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and other departments for invoice validation
Maintain organized and updated AP records and files
Assist in month-end closing, audits, and other accounting reports related to AP
Qualifications:
Graduate of Accountancy, Finance, or any related course
With experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
Good communication and coordination skills
Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
Can start ASAP
