The Role
Accounting Specialist who has 6 years broad experience in end-to-end accounting in a BPO international accounts as he/she will manage and oversee clients accounting services.
Purpose of the role.
As part of the BPO team, you will be working and reporting with one of our valuable clients. You are responsible for accounting tasks such as A/P, A/R, payroll and month-end-closing processes, as well as other accounting related functions.

You will be part of our BPO team and you will be our client's partner in helping their business grow.

Your top 5 responsibilities
Oversee Clients Account: Supervising the accounting need of the clients attending to their concerns.
Keep on track: Communicating with the Client's internal vendors and internal regarding all aspects of the accounts.
Accuracy: Prepare on timely basis financial reports and to provide accurate and timely solutions to BPO and Monthly clients & client's vendor.
Reconciling: reconcile bank statements, depository, vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies.
Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor account balances, track expenses, prepare analyses of accounts and related financial activity to produce financial reports.

Can you tell me more about what the role is like?
As a Accounting Specialist you will perform and coordinate accounting duties for our clients and within the organization. You will work on preparations of reports, performing account reconciliations, maintaining general ledger, preparation of tax returns, assisting with audit preparations and performing other accounting duties as assigned.
We are growing rapidly so that means your role will grow rapidly too, you will need to keep up and constantly be looking for the latest trend to solve back-end operations challenges.
What is our work set-up?
All of our roles are Hybrid set up. However, if you would like to work in our office 100% to get out of the house, you can come to our Mandaluyong City office as often as you like.
