You are a no-code automation specialist with deep GoHighLevel, Zapier or n8n experience who builds reliable, monitored flows. You design error-handling, logging, retries and idempotency, and deliver clear documentation and runbooks.Responsibilities
Own discovery → design → build → monitor for mission-critical automations across CRM, messaging, payments and analytics.
Implement production-grade flows: webhooks, retries, queues, structured logging, alerts and rollback plans.
Ensure data hygiene, PII/PHI protections, secrets management and permissioning.
Deliver monitoring dashboards, runbooks and versioned documentation for handover.

RequirementsMust-have qualifications
Proven experience building complex automations in GoHighLevel + Zapier or n8n with API/webhook integrations.
Strong error handling, logging, retry/idempotency and monitoring skills.
Clear documentation skills and ability to present flows (screenshots + 2-minute Loom preferred).
Nice-to-have
Basic JavaScript/Python scripting for glue logic; experience with Stripe and LLM tool integrations.
Experience in clinical or regulated data workflows.
