Reports To: Operations & Sales LeadershipPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and creatively driven Remote Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist. This role blends administrative support with creative marketing responsibilities, requiring someone who is computer-literate, resourceful, and able to communicate clearly in spoken and written English. You'll assist the team by managing data, building engaging marketing content, and supporting outreach efforts that drive new business for our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Data Support
Pull, extract, and organize data from various platforms (CRM, ATS, job boards, spreadsheets, etc.).
Maintain accurate digital records and assist with basic reporting tasks.
Support day-to-day administrative needs across operations and sales.
Creative & Marketing Responsibilities
Develop and schedule social media campaigns across multiple channels.
Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva, etc.) to generate high-quality images, graphics, and promotional content.
Write and send compelling marketing emails to attract new clients and support sales initiatives.
Assist in creating marketing collateral, flyers, newsletters, and digital assets.
Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Communication & Collaboration
Participate in virtual meetings and provide daily updates on tasks.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand target audiences and marketing needs.
Maintain professional and clear written and verbal communication at all times.
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
Experience in, or sales support.
Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience.
CRM or ATS experience.
Prior remote administrative experience.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications
Fluent English (spoken, written, and reading comprehension).
Strong computer skills and comfort working with multiple software systems simultaneously.
Ability to use AI-based creative tools or willingness to learn quickly.
Experience creating social media content or marketing materials is a strong plus.
Highly creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable schedule availability between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM EST.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
