We are looking for a highly experienced B2B Enterprise Software Appointment Setter.
 
Bonuses:
+ $200 per successful appointment
+ $500 per closed deal

Shift Schedule:
12:00 AM - 08: 00 AM PH TIME (09: 00 AM - 05:00 PM Pacific Time) Monday - Friday with Paid break (Flexible break time)
 
Responsibilities and Duties:
Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, SMS, and social media outreach, to qualify new prospects and set appointments for the sales team.
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers and recommenders, such as C-level executives, VPs, Directors, DBAs, and DevOps engineers.
Develop a deep understanding of Enteros UpBeat's features, benefits, and unique selling points to communicate its value proposition effectively to potential customers.
Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute targeted prospecting campaigns, leveraging marketing materials, case studies, and product information.
Stay current with and adapt to new sales technologies, such as sales automation or AI-driven prospecting tools.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the Sales Executives, ensuring a seamless handoff and a positive customer experience.
Develop and maintain an early-stage sales pipeline, tracking leads from initial contact through qualification.
Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting and lead generation targets.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously improve your prospecting and lead generation strategies.
Provide daily summaries of activities, including the number of calls made, the number of individuals spoken with, and any objections or concerns raised during these conversations.
Attend brief daily or weekly meetings to discuss potential challenges, review pipeline, answer questions, and exchange information with other team members.
Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities, lead statuses, and follow-up actions in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a MUST.
Background in IT Support is a MUST.
1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales, appointment setting, or business development role, preferably in the enterprise software or technology sector is a MUST.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and measure the effectiveness of sales strategies.
Digital literacy, with the ability to adapt to new sales technologies.
Resilience, adaptability, empathy, and emotional intelligence.
Understanding of customer success principles such as customer retention, expansion, and advocacy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with database performance management, cloud technologies, and the IT ecosystem is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral American accent is a MUST!
Proficient in Spanish is a PLUS! (but not required)
Excellent phone etiquette with a professional demeanor
