Job Summary
Customer Experience Representatives will be responsible in interacting with customers to resolve support issues. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and nurture a positive relationship.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide assistance to customers with complaints and questions
Give detailed information regarding products and services provided by SetSchedule
Provide superior customer support
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you within your category of employment
Requirements and Qualifications
At least 3 years experience as CSR or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with negotiation and conflict resolution
Proficiency in using various software and remote work collaboration tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Meets, Slack, Nextiva, Time Doctor, etc.
Must be amenable to working Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM Pacific Time
Reliable and stable internet connection (at least 25Mbps)
