Job Customer Service
Description
Package includes:
• 21K-25K Salary Package
• Earn up to 50K Performance Incentives Monthly
• HMO upon hire & 1 free dependent upon certification
• 15% Night Differential
• Life & Accident Insurance
• Annual increase based on performance
Basic Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 Years in College w/ at least 1 year of call center exp for an international account (No hopper)
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication skills
• Prefers CSAT/NPS/VOC experience
• Willing to work on 24/7 Shifting Schedule & Holidays
• Willing to work in Libis, QC
