About the Role:
Do you have a passion for flavor, freshness, and innovation? We're looking for a Juices and Shakes Research & Development Officer to lead the creation and refinement of beverage offerings that delight our customers. This role blends creativity with technical know-how, ensuring every sip meets our standards for taste, quality, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and test new juice and shake recipes, balancing flavor, nutrition, and cost
Conduct sensory evaluations and shelf-life studies to ensure product stability
Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams for ingredient sourcing and process alignment
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inspire product innovation
Document formulations, procedures, and quality standards for production rollout
Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or related field
Experience in beverage R&D or product development for at least one year is an advantage
Strong palate and creativity in flavor pairing and presentation
Detail-oriented with good documentation and analytical skills
Positive attitude and ability to work independently or in a team
