CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
SALARY: PHP14,500 to PHP17,500.00
Full-time/Job Description:
Handle inquiries from clients and overseas agents.
Offer complete support to salespeople or account holders.
Provide accurate and timely information and updates to clients on the movements of the cargo.
To ensure that transactions are handled smoothly by communicating and confirming vessel details with shipping lines, carriers, or other relevant parties.
Other tasks as may be assigned, required, or needed.
Job Qualifications/Skills:
The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's or college degree in customs administration- or logistics-related courses or any field.
At least 1-2 years of working experience in a logistics or customs brokerage company.
Must be aggressive, flexible, and easily able to adapt to assigned tasks.
Has good writing and communication skills.
Preferably female
Can join before April 30, 2025
Willing to be assigned in Cebu
Perks and Benefits:
SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG
As a regular employee, there will be 7 days of VL and 7 days of SL.
