The Customer Service Representative role involves assisting English-speaking customers via email and chat. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking, and time management abilities. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing customer accounts while following responsible gaming practices. Responsibilities:
Monitoring and processing of clients' withdrawals;
Assist English-speaking customers via email and chat;
Collaborate with your team to achieve the best customer satisfaction and other KPIs;
Manage customer accounts, and KYC verifications;
Follow company policies and practices regarding player safety, protection, and responsible gaming;
Ensuring that the Company's intellectual property and ancillary rights are safeguarded and protected.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Additional language skills are a plus
Average typing skills
Team-player
Willing to work on a graveyard shift
Available for immediate employment
Ability to work onsite in our office in Oakridge Business Park.
