QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry, is an advantage.
Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize customer needs.
A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information about our products, services, and promotions.
Listen attentively to customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Manage and document customer feedback, concerns, and requests, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Assist with scheduling service appointments, test drives, and vehicle deliveries.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity in our customer database.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed assistance to customers.
