Processes & completes payments for suppliers & controls expenses by reconciliation of invoices
Reconciles daily bank daily bank balances by verifying data entries
Encodes sales invoices, monthly transaction & management account to internal data base
Communicates with clients regarding all aspect of accounts payables such as payment & invoice reconciliation
Handles the processing of petty cash reimbursement with diligence
Participates in regular audit by providing the necessary documents & information needed
Coordinates with the bank for opening of new accounts
Assists with the preparation of financial statements & reports
Monitors account balances & tracks expenses
Submits monthly report on financial & journal voucher
Performs other duties that may be assigned by superior that are within the scope of responsibility
Willing to WORK ON SITE
With or without call center experience is accepted
Candidate must be residing within Negros Occidental
· 18 years of age and above ​
· High School graduate ​or Senior High School graduate.
· No prior application with Teleperformance in the last 30 days​
· Good to excellent English communication skills​
· Computer literate and good web navigation skills​
· Willing to work shifting schedules including graveyard, weekend, and holiday shifts.​
