Job Description
The Toll Mill Representative is responsible for effective and efficient planning and execution of the toll mill activities by collaborating and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders of the toll mill business. He/She ensures that all stakeholders' activities, process,es and outputs conform to the documented agreement.
Duties and Responsibilities
Planning
Reviews plant capacities and toll mill volume for production planning.
Coordinates regularly with Customers, Feeds Production, QA, and Warehouse for the production planning and scheduling of toll mill volume.
Reviews actual toll mill volume vs forecast for future planning.
Actively helps develop and execute sales strategies in getting toll mill accounts.
Finds solutions for customer concerns and distributions complication.
Ensures toll mill volumes are produced on time and according to customers' specifications.
Organizing and Monitoring
Keeps customer information and records such that it is readily identifiable and retrievable
Keeps historical and updated records of RM prices offered to clients and monitors price movement.
Monitors RM and FG inventory of client.
Monitors collectibles and due dates and triggers an alarm for those nearing past due.
Monitors timely delivery and distribution of finished goods to customers.
Monitors toll mill fees indicator, analyzes market scenarios, and updates management weekly as needed.
Ensures that accurate sales data is encoded in the system for sales order, delivery receipts, and invoice generation.
Monitors the conformance of toll milling activities to the agreed standards and tolling agreement.
Customer Relations
Conducts periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
Responds to customer complaints, queries.
Manages relationships with external customers by building rapport in all interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business Administration or Marketing.
At least one (1) year experience on manufacturing, customer service task, or logistics planner in feeds or any similar industry.
