Drive direct sales operations to meet area volume and distribution goals
Cultivate strong customer relationships and develop customer base in assigned territory
Work closely with Territory Development Leader, Territory Consumer Lead, and Territory Executive Representative to expand consumer base and implement strategic plans
Who we are looking for
Preferably college graduate or vocational graduate. High School graduates are welcome to apply!
Minimum of 2 years of sales, distribution and trade marketing experience.
Passionate about achieving both individual and team goals
Demonstrates a strong desire and ability to learn
Adaptable, flexible, and open to change
Drivers' license (B2 or higher). We have a program to support qualified women, who do not hold a drivers' license
