Excellent written and spoken English communication skills is essential.
Excellent phone contact handling skills and active listening ability

Computer literate and tech-savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work in a team-based environment.

Your Responsibilities as a Telesales Representative would be:
Make and connect with leads/prospects by calling them by phone.
Follow process from the start to end of sales, after sales.
Personalized emails to clients and leads.
Report leads and sales feedback.
Source new opportunities through inbound leads and follow-up appropriately
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Set up appointments to meet call quotas and report accordingly.
Constantly seek ways how to improve on performance through lifelong learning and new skill acquirement mechanisms.
