We’re looking for a self-starter Telesales Representative to join our team, focusing on telesales and growing our customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with clients within the medical/pharma industry. The ideal candidate is a forward-thinker, has an entrepreneurial attitude, and is a great closer with sales and customer service aptitude.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conducting outbound calls for customer retention and new business development;
Design and implement a strategic sales plan
Manage on a day to basis, customer engagement, interaction, and growth (training, pipeline management, lead tracking, and marketing)
Actively hunting new business opportunities by willingly cold calling prospect customers in the defined region
Following-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and expanding sales opportunities
Recommending/up-selling products to meet customer needs
Accurately resolve customer questions with a high level of professionalism
Communicate effectively to customers regarding account information, products, pricing, promotions, etc
Use leadership to build customer relationships and assist customers in developing solutions
Assisting customers with any issues that may arise with their account including tracking, customs, or packaging discrepancies
Accurately maintaining call center database
Tracking orders to ensure quick delivery and resolving delivery disputes
Meeting key performance indicators
Other job tasks as required
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a call center sales or account management role is required
Previous experience with an online Pharmacy is an asset
High level of customer service orientation
Strong work ethic and reliability
Strong active listening skills and verbal communication
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong time management and decision making skills
Proficient with computers and hardware
Adaptability and accountability
