Nations Info Corp is looking for an experienced Telesales Representative to contact prospective new customers and Sell them our subscription service.  We are one of the largest real estate websites in the United States, and offer a popular service for Real Estate agents to generate leads from home buyers. This service includes a marketing program which generates home buyer leads and lets agents promote their listings to our millions of customers nationwide.  We are seeking candidates who enjoy a fun and relaxed environment, and brings a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and fresh ideas to the team.
 
Responsibilities:
Warm Calling prospective new customers and explaining our service to them
Provide product instruction and demo, and answering all questions regarding the products and services
Process new orders
Continued refinement of the sales pitch
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous sales experience required.  Telemarketing Cold Calling or selling over the phone is desired
Previous experience in real estate or selling to real estate professionals is a PLUS
Self-disciplined to work remotely and remain focused and motivated each day
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for potential customer
Possesses a strong work ethic, has the ability to maintain positive attitude and is a team player
Takes initiative and is outgoing
Demonstrates strong presence on the phone
Dependability and punctuality is a must
Excellent typing, internet and computer skills  including multi-tasking between Skype messenger, Phone dialer software, email, etc
