OAM is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintains and improves the Network Operations and Network Security Infrastructure
- Resolves various network operations and network security fault and issues within service level agreement
- Reports to the Network and Security Team Lead to resolve complex faults and issues
- Plans, coordinates, structures, and executes complex infrastructure changes that involve multiple teams and technologies
- Creates network operations and network security operations process documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate of Electronics Engineering or any IT related course
- At least 1 year of related working experience in IT Network and Security operations
- Working knowledge in Linux: CentOS, Ubuntu is an advantage
- Knowledge of the following Security Standards is an advantage: PCI DSS, GDPR, SOC2 and HIPAA is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Resides within Metro Manila
- Willing to work in Glorietta 2, Makati w/ free shuttle service as a full-time employee
- Willing to do 24/7 on-call assignment
