Answers inbound customer calls and effectively responds to clients' inquiries
Ensures the resolution of client concerns/inquiries, whenever possible
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma
With at least 1 year BPO Technical Support Representative experience
Professional level of written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of iOS and MacOS
Experienced troubleshooting devices - mobile phones, iPads, tablets
Should be willing to work in graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
