We are looking for experienced Technical Support Agents to join our team.

Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide communication in English
Provide Inbound support by responding to customer queries for technical support assistance
Engage in chat support for internal discussions, escalations, and expedited requests
Records names, addresses, inquiries, and other relevant information
Maintain records related to the call and what transpired on the call
Demonstrate mastery of customer service and technical support call script within specified timeframe
Required Skills and Competencies:
At least 1 year of solid Technical Support experience
Excellent English skills, verbal and written
Communicates clearly and articulately
Attention to detail and accuracy
At least 2 years in college
Able to support a Work from Home setup
Own PC/laptop with a minimum of an i3 processor/ 4 gig RAM
Internet speed no lower than 10 Mbps DL, 3 Mbps UL (must be fiber of VDSL/ADSL, not data)
A designated work area
Noise-canceling Headset
