GOALS OF THE POSITION:
 
Technical Support Representative will be responsible for taking customer phone calls and responding to customer emails. This position will entail solving technical problems and providing the best possible customer service at the same time. And further, maximize the quality experience and improve the skills of the customers where it is appropriate

Qualifications:
At least completed 2 years in College (No back subjects) - No experience needed
Senior High School/ High School (Old Curriculum) Graduates are welcome to apply but must have 6 months to 1 year BPO experience
Good English Communication Skills
Can Build Rapport and engage with customers well
Amenable to work in shifting schedules (Midshift or Graveyard shift)
Amenable to work onsite / work in the office
Has basic technical knowledge of basic computer tools/software and troubleshooting
