We are a BPO company. The job mainstream is to support software used by financial institutions and bankers.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
Candidates will be focused on providing great service to financial technology solutions and service company, specifically in Data and Reconciliation analysis.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides technical support by resolving inquiries by phone, email, and web, in a time-frame consistent manner with departments based on the standard service-levels and team goals.
Work collaboratively with clients, team members, and resources to achieve desired results
Owns and addresses client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow-up, and escalate when
necessary.
Maintain and create detailed documentation through logging of support cases, e-mail
and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
With background or experience in the financial industry
Familiar or knowledgeable in SQL, Linux, networking database
Customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support skills
Ability to listen, collect data, analyze and draw successful conclusions
With knowledge or experience in any of the following:
> Corporate insurance
> Investments
> Stockbrokerage
> Stocks and bonds
> Trade management
> Handles US banks like JP Morgan, Bank of America, Wells Faro, Citibank
> Reconciliation process
