Job Responsibilities:
Support and assist general inquiries about the software.
Document properly the concern and the provided resolution.
Coordinate with internal team for scalation and out scope concerns.
Job Qualification:
At least 2 years experience handling Technical Support Programs.
With knowledge in Python is a plus.
Uses Zendesk and other CRM platform as a tool.
Supported an account that is related to any helpdesk or service desk programs.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Good comprehension and analytical skills.
With good troubleshooting skills on both hardware and software.
