Functional Responsibility
Institute and maintain an effective and efficient Technical Services Section to ensure the company's aircraft, engines, components and associated equipment perform to specifications and meets the company's and Aviation Authority's requirements
Functional Duties
Ensure Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB) and other requirements that affect the company's fleet airworthiness and are scheduled for compliance in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain Aircraft Maintenance Program as per manufacturer's recommendation and Aviation Authority requirements
Maintain and manage the Technical Publication and Library Sections with a system of control, authorization, reference, safe keeping and revision of Technical Publications, Manuals, Drawings, Charts, Engineering Instructions, Technical Instructions, Engineering Forms and other technical documents to meet Aviation Authority requirements.
Develop and customize Aircraft Minimum Equipment List (MEL) applicable to operations.
Implement and maintain a reliability program, engine condition monitoring, evaluate and recommend improvements to support the maintenance of aircraft with regards to time intervals and limits escalation.
Manage and coordinate modification to aircraft and aircraft systems.
Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, aviation authorities or any reliable sources to facilitate analysis of engineering issues
Identify training needs and provide training for subordinates with the necessary skills and knowledge to enable performance of their duties effectively and efficiently.
Produce budgetary forecasts for Technical Services activities.
Participate in the specification study and evaluation of new or leased aircraft.
Ensure adequate corrective action from Quality Audit findings
Role Duties
Follow working procedures and ensure SOPs compliance
Support the Company safety programs
Report safety hazards and participate in Safety Services Department (SSD) trainings as pertinent to his / her work
Maintain the Company's standards as an Allstar
Qualifications:
Must have Engineering Degree Preferably B.S. Aeronautical Engineering
Valid CAAP license
Must have Minimum 5 Years in Continuing Airworthiness Management
Must have at least 3 Years supervisory experience
Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Philippine Civil Aviation Regulation
Must have good communication skills both in written or oral.
Must have good interpersonal skills
Must be able to create executive summary reports
