TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
Generating and pursuing leads
Setting appointments /meeting and/or attends pre-bid meeting with prospective clients.
Conduct site survey and inspection.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
Making proposals /Quotations for prospective clients request / requirements.
Demonstrating and selling products and services to potential buyers, and negotiate sales terms.
Preparing daily reports and forecasts
Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products.
Maintaining client records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or related) is preferred
With at least 2 yrs work experience in sales or knowledge or training on the sales process
Knowledge of Autocad / CAD applications is prioritized
Willing to do fieldworks / Travel (when possible)
Experience in Construction/ Industrial setting is prioritized
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
Working competency of basic Microsoft applications including word, excel and powerpoint.
Professional work ethics, Organized and deadline-oriented
Able to multi-task and can handle work under pressure with minimal supervision.
