Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the company's tax filings and payments are timely and accurate, and that the company complies with tax laws and regulations.
Maintain organized and complete documentation supporting tax filings.
Establish and implement efficient recordkeeping processes to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
Oversee and monitor LOAs related to tax matters. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for LOAs.
Work closely with finance managers to gather financial data and ensure accurate reporting for tax purposes.
Collaborate with external auditors during tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure a smooth audit process.
Prepare and submit compliance reports as required by tax authorities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in tax compliance and reporting.
Strong understanding of tax regulations.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with finance managers, auditors, and other stakeholders.
Willing to work in Makati
