We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Investment Analysis Specialist to support our investment management team. This role involves a blend of technical financial analysis, investment reporting, and strategic monitoring of investment models. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in financial analysis tools, particularly Morningstar, and an ability to maintain and enhance our investment monitoring systems. This position will report to the Chief Investment Officer and Director of Sales.

Responsibilities: 
 
Client Portfolio Management: 
Run Morningstar reports for Journey clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. 
Prepare detailed analyses and proposal & presentations for Investment Management (IM) cases, focusing on portfolios of $1MM and above. 
Assist in the tracking and reporting on external investment models including JPMorgan, Fidelity, BlackRock, and LPL on a monthly basis. 
Manage and update the client allocation spreadsheet to reflect current allocations and long-term asset strategies. 
Maintain the Security Master List, seeking cost-effective ETFs/MFs through LPL. 
Financial Analysis & Reporting: 
Perform in-depth analysis of various investment models such as GA Selects, Fidelity Target Allocation, and LPL Tactical recommendations. 
Subscribe to and report on tactical and strategic investment updates from various asset managers. 
Monitor individual stocks for price target achievements and track analyst buy/sell recommendations. 
Client Onboarding & Account Management: 
Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management and money movement requests. 
Facilitate the onboarding process for AUM (Assets Under Management) clients, including the management of account opening documents. 
Maintain the Client & Investor portal/site and related activities, ensuring a seamless client experience. 
Operational Investment Support:
Update and maintain trading lists, rebalance lists, and holding equivalents for enhanced trading strategies. 
Initiate and maintain communication with outside alternative investment managers and mutual fund company representatives. 
Employ innovative tools like ChatGPT to optimize operational efficiencies, such as summarizing earnings call transcripts or lengthy reports. 
Market Research & Continuous Learning: 
Stay abreast of market trends and maintain a deep knowledge of investment strategies to inform decision-making. 
Engage in continuous learning to enhance expertise in financial analysis, client service, and investment management technologies. 
Experience Expectations: 
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (Required) 
Proficiency in investment reporting and analysis tools. (Required)  
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a virtual setting (Required) 
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail (Required) 
Excellent communication and organizational skills (Required) 
Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment with access to high-speed internet when WFH (Working from Home) (Required) 
Interest in leveraging AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology for enhancing investment analysis and reporting processes (Preferred)
